About the Role
As a seasoned Culinary Expert, you will be responsible for crafting complex dishes and mentoring Junior Chefs. You will also oversee inventory management, quality assessments, health, and hygiene compliance.
Main Responsibilities
* Create high-quality dishes in line with menu standards.
* Mentor and supervise Junior Chefs to ensure consistency and excellence.
* Ensure accurate inventory control and quality check procedures.
* Guarantee compliance with health, hygiene, and HACCP protocols.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role is required.
* Demonstrated expertise in culinary skills, including food safety and temperature control is essential.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills are necessary.
