Key Responsibilities:
* Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test plans and test cases.
* Leverage TestRail for efficient management and documentation of test plans, cases, and results.
* Use Jira to track and report bugs, ensuring transparent and organized workflows.
* Collaborate with DevOps teams to support integration and testing processes within Azure DevOps pipelines.
* Conduct detailed regression testing during various stages of development and pre-release.
* Provide critical feedback to improve processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
* Partner with developers to understand and verify logic, utilizing basic C# knowledge.
Key Requirements:
* Proven expertise in manual testing with strong attention to detail.
* Advanced proficiency in TestRail and Jira – essential for success in this role.
* Knowledge of Azure DevOps and its integration within CI/CD workflows.
* Familiarity with C# to understand system logic and support testing efforts.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
* Exceptional communication skills, capable of liaising with technical and non-technical teams effectively.
Preferred Skills:
* Previous experience in insurance or financial services industries is a plus.
* Exposure to automation tools and frameworks is advantageous.
* ISTQB or similar certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
