About You
* A minimum of ten years' experience in supply and purchasing of flowers for European and UK retailers is essential.
* BQ design and costing capability are also required.
* Candidates should possess excellent English and Dutch language skills, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and grow sales within existing supply bases and identify new suppliers and regions of supply in line with strategy.
* Negotiate annual agreements with suppliers, including raw material prices.
* Draft competitive tenders to win new business and maintain existing relationships while ensuring profitability.
* Coordinate weekly buying requirements and develop seasonal product ranges.
* Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to achieve event production requirements.
