About RentRight
RentRight is an emerging property management software platform supporting landlords and property managers with compliance, communication, and operational efficiency. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a professional and highly organised Sales Administrator / Personal Assistant to support commercial activities and executive operations.
This role will report directly to the Founder and play a key role in supporting structured business growth.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will provide administrative and sales support to ensure efficient lead management, accurate CRM data, effective scheduling, and smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a detail-focused role requiring discretion, professionalism, and strong organisational capability.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration
* Maintain and update CRM systems with accuracy
* Track and manage sales pipeline activity
* Coordinate follow-up communications with prospective clients
* Schedule product demonstrations and meetings
* Prepare sales documentation, proposals, and follow-up correspondence
* Conduct research on prospective clients and industry sectors
Executive & Administrative Support
* Diary and calendar management
* Meeting coordination and preparation of briefing documents
* Preparation of reports and performance summaries
* Support invoicing and basic financial tracking
* General administrative duties as required
Candidate Profile
Essential:
* Minimum 3/4 years' experience in a sales administration, executive assistant, or similar support role
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
* Experience using CRM systems
Desirable:
* Experience within property, SaaS, or technology sectors
* Familiarity with compliance-driven environments
* Bookkeeping or accounts administration experience
