About the Role:

The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact for hotel guests, assisting with reservations, recommendations, transportation, and special requests to enhance their stay. They will also be responsible for greeting guests warmly, offering information about hotel services, local attractions, dining options, events, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the main point of contact for hotel guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
* Assist guests with reservations, recommendations, transportation, and any special requests to enhance their stay.
* Greet guests warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay.
* Offer information about hotel services, local attractions, dining options, events, and transportation.
* Handle guest requests, such as restaurant reservations, tour bookings, ticket purchases, and special arrangements.
* Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
* Assist with luggage storage, deliveries, and arranging transportation (taxis, rental cars).
* Manage and respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
* Maintain an updated knowledge of local events, entertainment options, and key tourist spots.
* Resolve guest concerns efficiently and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
* Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing for concierge services when necessary.
* Uphold hotel standards and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or concierge role preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options.
* Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
* Proficiency in reservation systems and hotel management software is a plus.
* Professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
* Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Work Environment & Schedule:

The role may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on hotel occupancy and guest needs. The candidate should be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift luggage or other items.
