Our client, a household name and top rated company in Ireland, is looking to bring on a Business Analyst for a 6 month FTC role. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with cross-functional teams on Product and/or Transformation projects. Key Responsibilities Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements. Create BRDs, user stories, and process documentation. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to identify needs and opportunities. Analyse current processes and recommend efficiency or automation improvements. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solution alignment with requirements. Collaborate with Product, Project, and Development teams to deliver successful outcomes. Track and report on project progress and business benefits. Requirements: 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst. Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management. Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments. Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication with tools such as JIRA, Confluence Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or cloud / API projects.
