Excel Recruitment are searching for an experienced Healthcare Head Chef for a new healthcare facility in Limerick.
The successful candidate will:
1. Hold a formal culinary qualification
2. Have a minimum of 2 years working in a healthcare kitchen (hospital, convalescent or nursing home)
3. Have completed Food Safety Training (Minimum Level 5), with strong knowledge and ability to implement a food safety system
4. Have experience managing a small team
5. Be available to work over a 7 day roster
This role will allow the candidate to join an established healthcare company in a state of the art facility in Limerick city.
