Breakfast Supervisor Role
The Breakfast Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel's breakfast service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
About the Job:
* Regularly greet guests by name, creating a welcoming atmosphere and building rapport with our regular customers.
* Ensure the day-to-day operations of the breakfast service run smoothly, maintaining workflow continuity and efficiency.
* Be friendly, courteous, and professional at all times, delivering outstanding customer service.
* Upsell and maximise sales revenue wherever possible, promoting our hotel's services and products.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a 3/4-star hotel property is desired but not essential.
* Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment, such as a busy restaurant or café.
* Fluent English and excellent communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and guest interaction.
* Micros Experience would be preferable but is not required.
