The role
Stylist (37.5 hours per week) – Kildare VillageLocation: Kildare, County Kildare, IrelandHours: 09:00 – 19:00 (subject to seasonal change)Position Type: Permanent
The Role
Serve as the link between our products and customers.
Spend the majority of time on the shop floor, styling and influencing customers while gaining experience in visual merchandising, general store operations and personal shopping.
Work closely with the management team, supporting the store in reaching its targets, selling our collections, and maintaining a high‑quality store appearance.
Utilise training tools and product knowledge to learn and pursue career progression within AllSaints.
What Will I Be Doing?
Operate on a fast‑paced, busy shop floor, providing a fun and engaging environment.
Style customers in our latest collections, sharing detailed product knowledge to create an exceptional brand experience.
Maintain the store's aesthetic, ensuring product availability and upholding floor standards.
Replenish stock, process deliveries and digital orders using in‑store digital tools.
Make service decisions to resolve customer issues, retaining loyalty and trust.
Place the customer at the heart of every action and collaborate with the AllSaints team to achieve the best results.
Greet customers, tailor approaches to support their visit purpose.
Maintain housekeeping and staff areas to high standards, showing pride in surroundings.
Collaborate with peers, provide and receive feedback for growth and development.
