Responsibilities
* Develop and pursue sales strategies aimed towards finding new business opportunities in your region, hunt large accounts, create a pipeline of qualified leads according to the company targets, and turn them into proposals and contracts
* Develop comprehensive account plans to gain a deep understanding of the prospect's needs and priorities, and ultimately provide workable solutions
* Develop Rules Cube’s sales strategic plan
* Management of customer expectations and contract compliance, addendums, and amendments
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
* Over 5 years of experience in selling Pega (Pegasystems) technical solutions
* Previous work experience in digital transformation consulting firms
* Able to synthesize essential concepts during presentations and customize them to align with the client needs
* Being able to understand and explain technical terms in way that is easy to understand by client executives
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
* Ability to negotiate commercial contracts
* Excellent communication skills and empathy, able to understand the needs of customers and know how to communicate them
* Proven track record of success driving deals through prospecting, discovery, solution proposal, negotiation, and closing new business
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
