Due to continued expansion, O’Neill Foley are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate payroll processing and compliance.
Main Purpose and Scope:
The payroll administrator is a key team member of the O’Neill Foley team and works with a team of payroll specialists running weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for a large volume of O’Neill Foley clients.
The Main Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Running weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for a large volume of clients
* BrightPay Connect Employer and Employee Onboarding
* Preparing and customising payroll reports for clients
* Ensuring clients are compliant with all Revenue and Statutory requirements and obligations
* Dealing with clients and addressing their payroll queries in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner
* Ad hoc duties from time to time as requested by manager/partner
Necessary Qualifications, Attitude and Experience:
* Proven payroll experience
* IPASS Certificate in Payroll Techniques desirable
* 2 years in finance/practice environment
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential
* Consistent, professional dress and manner
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* High level of competence with numerous software applications, particularly Microsoft Office and including but not limited to BrightPay and BrightPay Connect
* Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required
