Key Responsibilities:
* Manage herd health, fertility, and performance
* Oversee milking operations and ensure high milk quality
* Implement feeding, nutrition, and grassland strategies
* Use farm technology to monitor and improve productivity
* Plan calving and breeding programs
* Lead and mentor the farm team
About You:
* Proven experience in dairy herd management
* Knowledge of breeding, nutrition, herd health, and modern milking systems
* Skilled in using farm software and technology
* Strong leadership and communication skills
