We are looking for a Deputy Person in Charge to support our Person in Charge in their role, providing leadership and support to our care and nursing staff whilst maintaining the highest quality of individualised person-centered care for our residents.The successful candidate will together with the Person in Charge, ensure a best practice approach to all aspects of clinical leadership ensuring that the unit is well managed and runs smoothly.The successful candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining relationships and strong communication skills at all levels, the ability to foster excellent teamwork, have demonstrated leadership characteristics and have and good knowledge of HIQA standards.
