Job Description
The Successful Candidate will:
Work on a 40-hour weekly contract (5 days per week). Be fully flexible to work throughout the week.

About you
A minimum of 2 years' retail management experience. Proven track record of consistently delivering results. Demonstrating and leading the team to deliver high levels of customer service. Strives to achieve and surpass goals and expectations with a high sense of urgency. Takes ownership for personal success. Demonstrates a desire to grow and undertake additional responsibility. IT literate. Strong leadership skills.

A typical day working in Circle K might include:
1. Overall responsibility for a Circle K store and making it easy for our customers and teams.
2. Coaching, training, and leading our people.
3. Championing a world class customer experience in store.
4. Merchandising in the store.
5. Preparing Food and K coffee.
6. Cleaning throughout the store.
7. Generating sales leads for our fuel card team.
