Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the nursing team in a post-acute care specialist rehabilitation unit with 50 beds. The role involves managing the department in an efficient and cost-effective manner while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage the department to ensure effective delivery of patient-centered reablement programs.
* Provide support and guidance to CNM2s and staff on cost management, resource allocation, and workload organization.
* Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to develop service plans that meet National Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) targets.
