We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our client's busy community pharmacy in Celbridge, Co. Kildare.
Job Overview
This is a permanent, full-time position spread over 5 days per week, with approximately two Saturdays per month on rotation. The role does not require late nights, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assisting in the dispensary and ensuring efficient service delivery.
* Providing exceptional customer service by responding to phone calls, inquiries, and requests.
* Preparing and dispensing prescriptions to patients in a timely manner.
* Managing prescribed dosages and maintaining accurate records.
* Taking care of administrative tasks such as paperwork and monthly claims.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Ability to work well as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive attitude with a strong focus on patient care and customer satisfaction.
We are Looking for:
* Previous experience as an Irish Pharmacy Technician (at least 1 year).
* Touchstore experience preferred but not essential.
* Higher certificate in Pharmacy Technician studies; IPU course.
