Job description:
* Organise and maintain the showroom and forecourt to a high standard.
* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring an outstanding experience from initial enquiry to purchase.
* Assist customers in finding their perfect vehicle.
* Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest vehicle models and promotions.
* Handle sales transactions, including negotiating pricing and offering finance options.
* Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
* Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
