Finance Operations Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts for review by senior management.
* Bookkeeping: Carry out bookkeeping work, enter accounts data, and perform reconciliations using Sage 50.
* Accounts Payable and Receivable: Handle AP and AR, create invoices, follow up on payments, pay suppliers, and maintain credit control.
* Statutory Filings: Prepare and submit returns through ROS.
* Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and prepare budgets and forecasts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualified Accountant or similar finance qualification
* Minimum of 5 years relevant accounting/finance experience
* Extensive experience using Sage 50, including advanced knowledge of key functions and reporting features
* Proficiency with ROS (Revenue Online Service)
* Experience managing payroll, bookkeeping administration, AP, and AR
Salary is based on experience and in the region of €50-55,000.
