Engineering Manager - .Net/Python/Azure
Location: Dublin City Centre (4 days onsite)
Salary: €110–120k (Negotiable) base + Bonus + LTI + Excellent Pension + Health
About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead technology initiatives on the investment side of the business for our client. This is a leadership role where you will build and scale cloud capabilities, guide a team of engineers, and partner with investment stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team working on investment platforms.
Shape and deliver the technical roadmap for Aladdin and related investment systems.
Partner closely with investment professionals and technology leaders to align solutions with business strategy.
Provide oversight on architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalability and innovation.
Support cloud transformation initiatives, helping build Azure-based investment platforms.
Skills & Experience
Proven leadership experience as an Engineering Manager in financial or investment systems.
Experience working with investment platforms (ideally Aladdin).
Technical background in .NET and/or Python, with strong knowledge of Azure cloud.
Ability to guide technical direction without being hands-on daily.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
