Catalyst are partnering with a leading international financial services firm that is looking to hire an experienced Recruiter on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to support specialist hiring across its fund administration and governance functions. This is a hands‑on delivery role within a regulated environment, suited to someone who genuinely understands funds hiring and can operate confidently with senior stakeholders.The focus of the role will be recruiting core positions across Fund Accounting, Company Secretariat, AML / MLRO, Investment Risk and Delegate Oversight. Proven experience recruiting within fund administration or funds services is essential. The majority of hiring will be based in Dublin supporting established teams during a period of sustained demand.Alongside the Irish hiring programme, the role offers strong international exposure, working closely with stakeholders across the UAE, North America and Asia.
