Workshop Process Coordinator Role
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support in the efficient operation of workshop activities. This entails assisting in process optimization, ensuring compliance among team members, and facilitating communication to drive process adherence.
* Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of completed job packs to ensure all necessary documentation is included.
* Technician Support: Verify that technicians are assigned to correct jobs and promptly address any discrepancies.
* Quotation Services: Provide timely and accurate quotations for workshop jobs, taking into account relevant factors and specifications.
* Invoice Resolution: Effectively manage invoice queries, gathering necessary information to deliver prompt and accurate responses.
* Claim Processing: Streamline claim returns and queries for both buses and trucks, adhering to established processes and timeframes.
* Daily Meetings: Participate in daily work-in-progress (WIP) meetings to stay informed and address any emerging issues.
* Support and Coverage: Offer assistance to colleagues as needed, covering absences and providing additional support during peak periods.
