Noel Group are currently hiring Full-Time Production / Manufacturing General Operatives on behalf of our client based in Kill, Co. Kildare. These roles are ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse or production environments. This position is full-time, temporary position. Full driving licence is essential due to the location.
Shift
Day Shift Schedule:
Mon-Thu: 8am – 5pm
Fri: 8am – 1:30pm
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Operate and support production machinery and equipment
* Complete tasks such as assembly, packing, sanding, labelling, and quality checks
* Work towards daily production targets
* Follow all onsite health & safety and quality procedures
* Support team members and adapt to different roles as required
* Carry out manual handling duties including loading/unloading when needed
Requirements
* Valid Manual Handling certificate
* Minimum 6 months production/manufacturing general operative experience
* Experience working in a busy or target-driven environment
* Full driving licence is essential due to the location
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
* Fluent English with strong communication skills
* Excellent reliability, time management, and organisational skills
