Business Development Representative
Are you a results-driven Business Development Representative with a passion for ERP technology and B2B sales? Join a leading provider of ERP implementation and support services, helping manufacturing and distribution companies modernize operations through innovative software solutions.
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers—proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-quality leads.
Responsibilities:
* Research and identify target companies that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
* Build relationships with influencers such as ERP advisors, consultants, and procurement experts
* Execute structured outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads using BANT or MEDDIC methodologies
* Maintain a clean, structured CRM with lead nurturing plans and handoffs to the Sales Team
About You:
* 2+ years in a Business Development, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation role (ideally in ERP, SaaS, or industrial tech)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executives
* Comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and structured sales processes
* Familiarity with manufacturing or supply chain operations is a strong plus
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to grow in a solution-selling environment
* Holding current clean driving license.
