Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized Parts Specialist to support our workshop technicians with parts supply, stock control, and administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking and delivering parts for workshop jobs, ordering in parts, liaising with suppliers and technicians, and maintaining accurate stock records.
The ideal candidate will have strong motor trade experience, preferably in the truck/trailer sector, with excellent parts and stock management skills. They will also be comfortable using computer systems, including Excel, Outlook, and stock software.
In this fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail. As a team player, they will support front counter and phone sales as needed and follow all safety and service procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
* Pick and deliver parts for workshop jobs
* Order in parts and liaise with suppliers and technicians
* Maintain accurate stock records and keep stock organised
* Update job cards and assist with warranty returns
* Support with front counter and phone sales as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A team player with strong attention to detail
* Local residence, with occasional on-call support required
