Accounts Payable Team Lead
The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and train a team of accounts payable professionals. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, as well as maintaining vendor relationships and resolving any issues or disputes related to payments or invoices.
Main Responsibilities:
* Management of Accounts Payable email account including distribution of documents
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of 3-way match from PO, proof of delivery, to Invoice.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and site, to resolve queries and timely/accurate processing of invoices
* Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or disputes related to payments or invoices
