Service Coordinator
Our Client has an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join their team. This role offers great potential for career growth, and is ideal for someone who enjoys planning and coordinating.

* Handle inbound and outbound calls to and from customers with care, and professionalism.
* Support the service team with general administrative tasks and action tasks.
* Manage and maintain documentation to customers, including reviewing work sheets, invoicing, and providing updates.
* Generate purchase orders where required.
* Produce weekly reports.
* Respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
* Ensure all calls are monitored, actioned, and scheduled.
* Schedule day-to-day works for Service Engineers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong administrative skills, with a minimum of 3 years previous experience.
* High level of computer literacy, including MS Word and MS Excel, with the ability to learn new software with ease.
* Strong planning and organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise workload.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Strong attention to detail is essential.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills.
* Good recall and problem-solving ability.
