Project Support Coordinator Role
We require a highly organized and efficient administrative professional to support our HR project initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Manage project documentation, track progress, and maintain communication channels.
* Collaborate with teams to gather information, prepare reports, and make recommendations.
* Organize meetings and events, and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared.
* Assist in developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience as a project support coordinator or similar role in a large corporation.
* Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, including databases and spreadsheets.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
This contract opportunity will involve supporting our food manufacturing clients in Bournville, Birmingham.
