Senior Culinary Position Available
This senior culinary role requires a skilled and experienced professional to assist the head chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, staff supervision, and menu planning.

* Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation and activities.
* Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, including line chefs, prep chefs, and porters.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop menus and create new dishes that showcase seasonal ingredients and creative flair.
* Conduct menu tastings and trials to ensure quality, feasibility, and alignment with culinary trends.
* Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and protocols to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to a positive and inclusive kitchen environment.
* Ensure kitchen compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and healthy working environment.
* Implement health and safety protocols, including personal protective equipment (PPE), to protect staff and customers from potential hazards.
