A trusted security advisor role for assigned customers, serving as the key technical point of contact.
Manage and clearly explain identified security incidents from our Security Operations Center (SOC).
Provide timely incident response support during cybersecurity events with clear explanations.
Deliver best practice recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders on security measures.
Troubleshoot diverse technical issues that could impact security.
Analyze logs and security events for patterns, vulnerabilities, and potential threats.
Lead reporting, documentation, and customer-facing security insights preparation.
Create training materials and workshops to enhance security knowledge among our clients.
Guide junior analysts and engineers in both technical skills and soft skill development.
Contribute to ongoing improvement in Arctic Wolf's Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services with actionable insights.
