Commercial Recruitment Consultant – Galway
Sigmar Recruitment is hiring for an experienced Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join our Galway team. Previous experience working in a recruitment agency on a 360 desk with strong exposure to business development and proven track record in winning business, is essential.

Responsibilities
Business development (cold calling, events, networking and client meetings)
Relationship and account management (process management, consultation, negotiation)
Using innovative and traditional recruitment platforms such as – LinkedIn, Head Hunting, Networking and our own global internal database to source the best talent in the market. Engaging with job seekers and learning about their career experience.
Candidate screening and support (interviewing, consultation, interview preparation)
Achieving core KPIs and sales targets
Developing and delivering end to end professional service solutions
Expanding your industry knowledge and network of Accountancy professionals
You are encouraged to continually build and maintain knowledge of the industry through market research, attending events, networking and taking part in internal creative projects.
Requirements
Minimum 1 years’ experience in recruitment in 360 agency recruitment (more is always welcome!)
Naturally inquisitive
Commercially minded with an interest in how businesses work
Results driven with ambition and drive
