On behalf of my Construction client, I am seeking experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Managers and Leads to join a dynamic team on a large-scale construction project based in Europe.
This is a key leadership role ensuring all works are delivered safely, in compliance with statutory legislation and best practice standards.

Develop and maintain Construction Stage Health & Safety Plans.
Prepare and analyse EHS performance reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with all relevant Environmental, Health & Safety legislation.
Support development of method statements, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
Lead incident investigations and ensure timely reporting.
Promote a positive safety culture across the project and subcontractor teams.
Coordinate EHS induction and training programmes for all site personnel.
Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5 years' experience managing EHS on large-scale construction projects Strong knowledge of Irish and EU Health & Safety legislation.
Proven ability to manage all EHS aspects of complex construction sites.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
