Small Business Account Executive - Nordilux

What will you do in this Small Business Nordilux Account Executive role?
As an Account Executive at HubSpot, you will use outbound strategies to find new business and help clients grow using HubSpot software. You will run online demos and successfully sell the HubSpot value proposition. Your target clients will mainly be small and mid-sized businesses. This role is based from your home office in Dublin, working in an inside sales model, with full closing responsibilities.
We are actively hiring for this role, so you will be working from our Dublin office!
Responsibilities include:
* Identifying challenges faced by prospective customers and discovering the best inbound marketing solutions for their business
* Consistently closing new business at or above quota
* Nurturing relationships with qualified opportunities in small and mid-sized companies
* Building relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
* Collaborating with marketing and technology teams to adapt sales strategies as new features and products are introduced
* Contributing your ideas and skills to shape the future of HubSpot's mission
Role requirements:
* Candidates must be based in Ireland for consideration of remote work
* At least 1 year of Closing Sales experience
* Fluency in English; Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, and Dutch are a plus
* Excellent consultative selling and closing skills
* Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
* A proven track record of high performance (e.g., exceeding quota, President's Club)
* A strong goal-oriented mindset and effective achievement strategies
Ideal candidates:
* Have strong communication, time management, and adaptability skills for remote success
* Experience in high-growth or scaling environments
* Passionate about helping businesses grow and curious about technology
* Exhibit humility and enthusiasm in their work
