Lead Electrical Facilities Technician
Location: Dublin City CenterShift: Continental Shift (Days & Evenings)
We are seeking an experienced electrical facilities technician to oversee technical operations within a high‑tech building environment. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll lead maintenance activities, ensure critical systems operate reliably, and support a team delivering essential facilities services. This opportunity is ideal for a technically strong professional with an electrical background who enjoys solving problems, leading teams, and working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and coordinating maintenance activities and responding to service requests.
Supervising technicians and external contractors on site.
Managing and monitoring key building systems including HVAC, electrical systems, and emergency power.
Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing improvements.
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in compliance with regulations and site procedures.
Key Requirements
Electrical qualification such as City & Guilds 2360 or SOLAS.
Current electrical regulations certification.
Experience in maintenance, facilities management, or technical operations.
Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical infrastructure, and generators.
Strong problem‑solving and leadership skills.
Working Hours
We operate a continental shift pattern designed to provide structure and work‑life balance.
Main shifts: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm or 12:00 pm – 12:00 am.
Weekend coverage: 7:00 am – 8:00 pm (Saturday & Sunday).
Structured on‑call support from 12:00 am – 7:00 am.
A consistent rotating schedule that allows you to plan ahead.
