* Assist in coordinating and executing planned preventative maintenance activities across office and common areas, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
* Support the management of operational and capital expenditure budgets related to PPM, ensuring spend alignment and efficiency.
* Collaborate with the Facilities Manager during tender processes to secure best-value contracts and services for the site.
* Process invoices and generate purchase orders through SAP, ensuring alignment with budget controls.
* Aid the Facilities Manager in maintaining accurate and up-to-date reports, quotes, and schedules, while contributing to the development of new processes to improve team performance and efficiency.

Fleet Management Responsibilities:

* Oversight of the day-to-day operations of the company's vehicle fleet across Ireland and the UK, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
* Planning and optimization of vehicle usage to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Management of fleet dispatching and scheduling to meet business demands in a timely and organized manner.
* Support for the onboarding process for new drivers by ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and driving licenses are verified.
* Conduct and maintain records of annual driving license checks for all authorized drivers to ensure ongoing compliance with legal, insurance, and company requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 3-4 years' experience working in a facilities or fleet management environment.
* Knowledge of HVAC systems and experience working with contractors and suppliers.
* SAP experience and knowledge of SLAs and KPIs.
