Sales Representative/Technical Sales Job Role will be full-time and permanent, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. The job location will be in our office near Thurles and customer and potential customer sites across Ireland. Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base within the Irish market. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that fit the needs of each customer. Key Responsibilities include: To be the first point of contact with our potential and existing customers in a professional manner both in person and/or via phone and/or email Follow up on sales leads, visit potential and current customers and showcase our machines in action Inform customers on different services we offer Continuously understanding the changing market and customer requirements Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest levels of standards and customer service Any concerns the customer might have are to be acted on in a timely manner Do monthly reports on the sales and work towards the KPIs set Act as a brand ambassador Requirements: Must have sales experience Must have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Must create and maintain good relationships with customers Must have impeccable standard of personal presentation Knowledge/experience working on plant/agricultural machinery/ commercial vehicles preferable Good computer skills preferable HGV class 2 license or willing to undertake training if required preferable We Offer: Competitive pay with a bonus structure Company car Pension About The Company Roadvacs Ltd was established in 2015.
