Responsibilities:
1. Manage a high volume of inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service.
2. Identify customer needs, resolve complaints, and provide effective solutions.
3. Maintain ownership of customer requests from start to finish.
4. Communicate effectively via email with customers.
5. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets.
6. Build strong working relationships with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.
7. Process information accurately and report any customer complaints to the manager.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer service role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
* Flexibility to work in various areas of the company.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland.
* Strong proficiency in the English language.
