Minimum 2 years' agency recruitment experience (ideally Sales, Marketing, Digital, or Commercial).
Proven billing record: €140k+ annually or 15+ mid‑to‑senior placements/year.
Commercial acumen, tenacity, and a client‑first mindset.
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
