How does this role contribute to our collective success? For the AXIS Group companies, AXIS RE SE and AXIS Specialty Europe SE and their respective branches, provide support to the Compliance team on all regulatory and compliance requirements. What will you do in this role? • Assisting the Compliance team in providing support on all aspects of compliance including corporate governance requirements, fitness and probity, outsourcing, licensing, conduct risk etc; • Performing day-to-day work supporting the team in the upkeep of compliance files and records in order to gain knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements; • With the guidance of the Compliance team, assisting with Irish and international legal and regulatory licence applications and registrations, including compliance for the Irish legal entities in relation to Latin America licences and other jurisdictions where our Irish companies are licenced or seek to be licenced or domiciled; • Supporting Compliance Managers to provide branch compliance support for Zurich, UK, Belgium branches and the Brazilian representative office; • Assisting in the preparation of Compliance reports and presentations; • Assisting the Compliance Operations team with the preparation and execution of Compliance training. You may also be required to take on additional duties, responsibilities and activities appropriate to the nature of this role.
