Barden are partnering with a multinational company on a legal support opportunity to join the Legal team in Cork. While the role has the internal title of "Legal Administrator", the responsibilities are more akin to those of a paralegal or legal executive.
The position reports to the Head of Legal and will be responsible for providing support across legal, company secretarial, property and administrative functions, mainly focused on Ireland and the UK, with occasional support for other European offices.
THE ROLE:
* Act as the main point of contact for the Legal function across multiple jurisdictions for the maintenance of a central contracts register.
* Support document management for contracts, transactions, and litigation.
* Assist with legal supplier interactions, invoicing, and budget reporting.
* Assist on other business-wide legal projects, such as GDPR data subject access requests.
THE PERSON:
* Experience in legal support in a law firm or in-house environment in Ireland or UK.
* Experience with commercial contracts and/or transactional work is a significant advantage.
* Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
