**Job Title:** Senior Legal Secretary
Overview of the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience as a Legal Secretary in a corporate environment. The role involves providing administrative support to the legal team, managing files and documents, coordinating meetings and events, acting as a mentor to junior members of the team.
* Managing fee earner expectations in terms of deadlines and status of tasks undertaken
* Organising travel arrangements including itineraries, flights, hotels, visas and taxis
* Understanding document management processes (iManage)
* Utilising document production for the creation of all first draft documents
* Meting preparation including agendas and collating meeting papers
