We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Graduate looking to start their in-house lawyer career.
Who are we looking for?
As a recent graduate and entry-level corporate lawyer, your role will involve providing legal advice and support on a wide range of business and commercial matters. You will help colleagues in Carne Group operations navigate the legal landscape, ensure compliance with regulations and laws, and manage risks.
What are your roles and responsibilities?
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
* Conducting legal research and analysis to provide guidance on legal issues and risks.
* Supporting the legal team in developing templates, playbooks, and knowledge management tools.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure legal alignment with business objectives and support clients.
* Coordinating internal projects, including designing and implementing structured programs to support legal operations.
* Managing client relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
