The Role / LocationThe varied role of Senior Negotiator is to ensure that the department's properties are marketed and sold in a professional and efficient manner with a focus on a market leading level of service for our clients. It includes preparing marketing campaigns, arranging and conducting viewings, liaising with clients and processing sales from instruction to completion. The role will form part of the Country Residential Department.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities in the market.Help pitch for and win agency business throughout the country.Carry out viewings with prospective buyers and manage clients across all price ranges.Liaise with clients and prospective buyers in a professional, polite and respectful manner.Manage sales to exchange and completion of contracts offering professional advice to clients at all times.Preparing marketing campaigns and make sure the property is presented in a professional manner with a high level of attention to detail.Handle daily applicant enquiries from Savills database system, ensuring accurate details are registered and actioned.Strive to exceed your individual and team's targets throughout the year.Manage own diary efficiently with respect to team members' diaries.Adhere to ISO, Money Laundering and health and safety legislation.Represent the firm and the department across the region in a manner consistent with the firm's ethos.Promote the firm effectively, maximising cross selling with other Savills Departments.Skills, Knowledge and ExperienceBuilding relationships with service providers and networking with clients and other agents.Presenting and communicating best in class professional advice.Exceeding client expectations at every juncture of the process.Coping with pressure and being able to manage setbacks effectively.You'll need to haveTrack record of working on your own initiative.Confident and enthusiastic approach with an ability to appeal to a wide range of clients.Excellent communication skills.High level of attention of detail.Good team player with the ability to work on own initiative at times.Clean drivers licence.Savills Ireland is an equal opportunity employer.Savills aims to attract, recruit and retain the best people from the widest possible pool of talent.
