Overview
We are getting ready to open an incredible new dining experience in Kildare Village, and we're searching for a talented, motivated Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen from the very beginning.

What You’ll Do
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Lead the team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes
Assist with menu development, specials & innovation
Maintain top-tier hygiene, safety & HACCP standards
Train, motivate, and develop junior chefs
Manage ordering, stock control & prep efficiency
Uphold a positive, collaborative kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
Passion for food, flavour, and exceptional presentation
Strong leadership and communication skills
Calm, organised, and solutions-focused under pressure
A commitment to quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
