About Your New Job
As the
Electrical QA/QC Manager
, you will take full ownership of the electrical quality process on a major mission critical project, ensuring that all installations, testing, and documentation meet the required specifications, standards, and client expectations.
You will work closely with the project delivery, commissioning, and client teams to maintain high-quality outcomes across all project phases.
Key responsibilities include
Managing all electrical QA/QC activities from installation through to commissioning and handover.
Developing, implementing, and maintaining the project's Quality Plan and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
Conducting inspections, audits, and quality checks to ensure full compliance with design and regulatory standards.
Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and the client to ensure QA/QC expectations are met.
Overseeing the preparation and completion of turnover documentation, test packs, and quality records.
Leading quality meetings, resolving non-conformance issues, and driving continuous improvement across the project.
What You Need
8+ years' experience in an electrical QA/QC or project engineering role, with at least 3 years in a management or lead position.
Proven experience on
data centre or mission critical projects
.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, testing, and commissioning requirements.
Excellent knowledge of quality standards, documentation control, and handover processes.
Electrical trade background or degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
