Job Role Program Manager Location: Warrenpoint Working Hours: 40 hours Responsible: Director of Energy & Compliance Service JOB SUMMARY Are you an experienced property maintenance professional with a passion for planning, delivering, and managing works programs? We are seeking a proactive and organised Program Manager to lead the coordination, implementation, and quality assurance of our planned maintenance and compliance works across our property portfolio.
You will form part of the Senior team and be responsible for both site staff and on-field engineers.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the coordination off all planned programs Provide weekly and monthly reports both internally and externally to all existing clients.
Manage resources to deliver planned daily/weekly and monthly.
Professionally meet with clients and the supply chain, managing communication between parties Manage KPIs to an acceptable standard including internal and client side Provide support on claims, queries and variations to claims Assist in the procurement of suppliers and sub-contractors Working with your team to prepare accurate and prudent cost-value analysis Uphold Data Protection Policies Any additional duties required QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Required Qualifications: - Degree or HND/HNC in Construction, Building surveying, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience in managing planned or maintenance programs within housing, local government, education, or commercial sectors.
Knowledge of building regulations, compliance, and health & safety legislation (e.g.
CDM 2015, Fire Safety, Gas Safety, Electrical Safety).
Full UK Driving License Experience in compliance or planning management.
Senior client relationship management.
