They are hiring a Chef Manager for a permanent full-time role in Drogheda, to coordinate the day-to-day catering operation, maintaining high standards of food and service.
The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work weekdays and weekends as required.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):
* Ensure high standards of food quality, nutrition, presentation, and service are achieved and maintained
* Monitor menus for variety and cost, providing innovative ideas for menu planning
* Perform tasks that assist with the efficient operation of the unit
Desired Skills:

* Experience and knowledge of modified diets
* Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative
* Responsibility for stock management
* Professionalism and effective communication skills
* Hands-on operational leadership
* Knowledge of Food Hygiene and HACCP Level 2
Qualification / Experience:
* Degree or qualification in culinary arts or related field
* Operational experience in fast-paced food production
* Experience in a nursing home or healthcare environment is preferred but not necessary
