The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director, Finance Director, and business leadership to provide operations support and drive decision-making through robust financial analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
* Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic support and guidance.
* Financial Analysis: Develop and implement robust financial models to inform investment decisions and drive cost savings.
* Operational Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate records of plant manufacturing performance and efficiency.
* Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Key Requirements:
* Qualifications: Must be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 3+ years relevant experience in Financial Planning and Accounting.
* Skills: Advanced Excel skills, data analysis tools, and proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles.
* Demonstrated ability: Proven track record of system assessment and implementation, with a focus on process improvement.
