About the Role
We are Omnissa, the first AI-driven digital work platform that supports flexible, secure, work-from-anywhere experiences.
We are looking for Technical Content Developers for the Product Specialist and Technical Enablement Team.
You will help customers, partners, and internal technical staff by creating technical guidance that will be published on our premier technical enablement platform, Tech Zone.
Responsibilities
Create technical guidance for Tech Zone.
Deliver technical enablement content to internal and external audiences.
Present technical material to customers and partners as required.
Collaborate with product teams, partners, and customers to gather content needs.
Continuously research and learn new technologies to produce accurate, up-to-date content.
Qualifications
Background in a technical role such as Technical Sales Engineer, Technical Marketing Engineer, Technical Solutions Architect, Professional Services Consultant, or Technical Support Engineer.
3-5+ years of experience in technology roles for End-User Computing (EUC) solutions such as product management, solutions engineering, implementation consulting, technical support, or technical marketing.
Desired Skills
Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., Omnissa Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune).
Familiarity with Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
Experience with endpoint security and identity solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
Customer-focused mindset and ability to build strong relationships.
