Role Purpose
This is an exciting role, spanning multiple facets of marketing communication, with a focus on driving awareness and engagement with our Wellness Programmes; specifically related to our Income Protection and Group Life products.
The successful candidate will deliver high-performing marketing campaigns and play a vital role in the success of these programmes.
Within a vibrant Marketing team, this person will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of the programmes' marketing requirements and work closely with key stakeholders for the successful execution of campaigns.
Accountabilities of the Role
Manage and implement all aspects of marketing requirements for these programmes, including email marketing campaigns, video & brochureware, website content, launch events, social content and more
Execute strategic Salesforce campaigns, with optimised content and segmentation for maximum engagement & conversions
Develop an in-depth knowledge of the programmes and their associated products, to clearly communicate the value of them to our customers
Work with internal designers to produce engaging content
Analyse and continually monitor performance of campaigns to drive a cycle of fine tuning and testing for optimum performance
Identify new marketing initiatives and best practices to drive engagement
Ensure all communications throughout the lifecycle are developed with the customer experience in mind
Update the website as required, ensuring content is optimised for SEO & customer experience, to maximise engagement
Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure that work is carried out to a high standard, on time and within budget
Monitor the market for industry trends and competitor activity
Manage marketing budgets for relevant areas and ensure all activity is delivered within budget
Skills & Knowledge Required
3+ years in a fast-paced marketing environment
Degree or similar qualification in marketing, digital, or media production
Salesforce (or similar) experience in executing & optimising campaigns
Experience monitoring and optimising marketing strategies
