We are currently partnering with a highly specialised engineering company delivering medium & high voltage substation projects across Europe. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to hire an experienced HV Commissioning Engineer to join their team.

Supporting energisation and project handover
Working closely with engineering, construction & client teams
What we’re looking for:
4–5+ years’ experience in HV/MV commissioning (essential)
Strong background in substation environments
Experience with protection & control (PAC) systems
Hands‑on experience with relay testing & commissioning tools
OEM experience (e.g. Siemens, ABB, Hitachi, Eaton) is highly desirable
This role is NOT suited to purely project/commissioning managers — we’re looking for technical specialists who can carry out commissioning themselves.
Benefits & compensation
Salary €70k-100k
Company vehicle (due to nature of the role)
Full relocation support (accommodation, flights, family assistance)
Work on high-value, technically complex HV projects
Join a growing, specialist business in a niche market
Clear progression into senior/lead roles
Strong focus on long‑term hires and career development
